At Ledisa, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your portal confirmation.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our system and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
